Published in early July, Once human has become the most downloaded game on Steam and to celebrate, the developers are offering free items and credits.

Once human is a free-to-play, third-person, open-world, post-apocalyptic, multiplayer survival game. Yes, that was a lot to type.

The game, developed by Starry Studio, topped Steam’s concurrent player charts last month and, as a result, recently reached 10 million downloads worldwide.

To celebrate this big milestone, Starry Studio is giving fans the chance to grab some free items as well as free Steam credit.

The rewards will be awarded in two giveaways and in the first one the prizes will go to all participants.

To receive two Butterfly’s Emissary Crates, two 1,000 Starchrom Crates and 100 Stardust Source, simply log in to Once human, Head to the event page and claim these rewards before the event ends on September 16th.

For the second giveaway, you’ll need some luck as players can only win if they go to Twitter and interact with this post.

However, if you are lucky enough to win, you will win one of 17 Steam gift cards. There are 10 $10 cards, five $20 cards, and two $50 cards.

This giveaway ends on August 25th, so you only have a few days left to enter.

As mentioned, Once human continues to dominate the Steam charts and to add to the hype, Starry Studio recently revealed the title’s roadmap for 2024.

This all starts with update 1.1, which added improved fishing mechanics and several new fish species.

With several patches, fixes and new updates in the month the game went live, it is clear that Once human is here to stay.
