Stockbridge Police Find Stolen Vehicles, Drugs and Fake Credit Cards at Home

The Stockbridge Police Crime Suppression Team (CST) recently successfully conducted a major operation on Carrera Road, resulting in the seizure of stolen vehicles, illegal drugs and firearms.

Based on credible information about the presence of stolen vehicles at 50 Carrera Road, CST officers initially drove past the location. They identified three vehicles with altered vehicle identification numbers (VINs), clearly indicating that the cars were stolen.

Based on this evidence, officers obtained a search warrant for the vehicles and the residence. The search warrant was executed by a coordinated operation of CST officers, Federal Task Force officers, and members of the Stockbridge Police Department’s C-Team. During the operation, two men were arrested at the residence. Narcotics and firearms were found on both individuals, who were confirmed to be convicted felons.

Based on these findings, authorities obtained an additional search warrant specifically targeting drug and firearms offenses. The subsequent search found a stash of illegal items, including:

  • 18 firearms, 3 of which were confirmed stolen
  • 875 grams of suspected MDMA
  • 337 grams of psilocybin mushrooms
  • 627 grams of marijuana
  • A significant amount of prescription drugs, including Xanax and Oxycodone
  • Approximately $37,000 in cash
  • 3 stolen vehicles
  • A large number of probably stolen or counterfeit credit cards and identification documents
