It seems Taylor Swift was feeling sentimental as she dressed up for Travis Kelce’s NFL season opener on September 5.
Swift rocked denim on denim for the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Baltimore Ravens, wearing a Versace Medusa bustier that looked extremely familiar to eagle-eyed Swifties. That’s because it was the exact same sexy bustier the “Bejeweled” singer wore on her first public date with her boyfriend of over a year, although she wore it in black the first time.

In October 2023, Travis and Swift went out together for the first time and confirmed their romance during a date night at a Saturday Night Live Afterparty in New York. Both superstars had just made cameo appearances in the late-night show and crowned the evening with their first big performance. Before the afterparty, they had arranged to have dinner at Nobu.
That night, Swift wore the black Versace bustier with black pants and an oversized gray checkered trench coat. She accessorized with a black bag and black heels.

Swift brought the look into 2024 and upped the sexiness by swapping her bustier for jeans and pairing it with tiny denim shorts by GRLFRND. She accessorized with a black Louis Vuitton bag and red patent leather thigh-high boots by Giuseppe Zanotti. She also wore plenty of jewelry.
At the game, which the Chiefs won 27-20, Swift spent time in a suite with her boyfriend’s family, including parents Donna and Ed Kelce. She shared several sweet moments with both of them, including when she and Donna hugged after Travis helped quarterback Patrick Mahomes set a new franchise record. Fans also got to watch the Grammy winner show her love for the game every time the team scored. Stars – they’re just like us!

After the game, Swift was understandably elated. In an Instagram Story video reposted on X (formerly known as Twitter), she told Chariah Gordon, the fiancée of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr., that she “feels amazing” about her team’s win.
The two danced and cheered for the team, celebrating the victory and hopefully another successful season for the reigning Super Bowl champions.
