TF Green Airport is in the running for the title of “Best Small Airport”

TF Green Airport is in the running for the title of “Best Small Airport”

Every travel experience has positive and negative sides.

The obvious “pro” is arriving at the destination.

The downside is usually getting there.

Airports can be stressful and in my experience some airports are far superior to others.

As a Rhode Island resident, I am eternally grateful that I can usually find a flight out of TF Green, saving me the hassle of flying into Boston’s Logan Airport.

Currently in the running for USA Today’s “Best Small Airport” title, TF Green Airport has definitely earned its place on the list with its brand new restaurants, easy accessibility, and even more flight options.

What do you say about TF Green Airport?

TF Green competes against airports such as Huntsville International Airport in Alabama and Long Beach Airport in California.

While every small airport on the list has its “advantages,” I have a preference for the developing airport in Warwick, Rhode Island.

“Loyal fans of Rhode Island TF Green Airport (PVD) love it as an alternative to Boston Logan International because it’s uncrowded and offers quick access to Providence and Boston from the airport’s own train station,” said USA Today. “It’s also an excellent option for travelers heading to Cape Cod.”

Cast your vote by September 23rd to bring TF Green into the top ten.
