- The 27th Annual Blue Oval Blast Car Show was held at Fitzgerald Park.

A huge exhibition of new and old Mustangs, hot rods and more.
Rows of cars filled the open field at Fitzgerald Park as families and car enthusiasts walked up and down, looking at the many different cars.
“Today we actually set a record for this location,” said organizer Ray Hilton.
According to the organizers, around 200 cars were present this year, providing a perfect environment for participants to network.
“We love getting together, feeling the camaraderie, showing off our cars, networking and so on, just the great conversations we have and ultimately our charity where all proceeds are donated to children and family charities,” Hilton said.
Funds raised through the event will be collected and distributed to child and family services at a later meeting, around October.
