The Washington Commanders finished the preseason with a 20-10 win over the New England Patriots. Washington finished the preseason 1-2 and is now focused on roster cuts ahead of Week 1.
The Commanders benched 34 players against the Patriots, with Jeff Driskel and Trace McSorley taking over quarterback duties. McSorley led two touchdown drives in the fourth quarter to help his hometown team finish the preseason strong.
