The best small seafood restaurant in New Jersey

The best small seafood restaurant in New Jersey

In New Jersey, you’re never far from the beach. That’s one of the many benefits of living here.

No matter what country you are in, you can always take a day trip for a day at the beach.

And, as I did recently, you can also head to the coast for dinner. I went there last Tuesday and found my new favorite seafood restaurant.

It’s the Point Lobster Company in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I’d heard about this place for a while but never had the time to drive there. But because of the great reviews I’d read and my craving for a lobster roll, I had to try it.

It’s a real small place. There aren’t many tables inside and the dining area is relatively small. But the food is so good that you have to try it.

I had a warm lobster roll and it hit the spot. And for a lobster roll, it was pretty cheap too. You can check out their menu here. All the places in my area that offer lobster rolls always have ridiculously high prices, so it was a pleasant surprise when that wasn’t the case at Point Lobster Company.

It’s pretty much right on the water and when it’s nice outside, the windows roll down. Luckily they were down the day I was there because it was pouring with rain.

Although the restaurant’s name includes “lobster,” you can choose from a variety of seafood dishes that are a must-try.
