WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Foodies, take note! The Big E’s list of new dishes debuting at the show next month is here. Featuring savory, sweet and umami creations, these delicious menu options add to the already diverse mix of show favorites that keep attendees coming back. Try them all at Big E Sept. 13-29 in West Springfield, Mass.

NEW LOCATIONS

The Deviled Egg, East Road – Specializing in deviled eggs, fried or regular, including baked potato eggs, deviled taco eggs, deviled pulled pork eggs, deviled dill pickle eggs, and deviled breakfast eggs.

Dragons Breath, Young Building – Nitro Ice Cream Swirls, Dragon Breath Puffs and a selection of delicious sauces and toppings.

Pickle Fries, East Road – Pickle Fries, pickle fries with cheese and gravy, vegetarian corn dog and corn ribs.

Macho Taco, Commonwealth Avenue – Birria Vampiros, two birria tacos served with a dipping broth; Empanada Tacos, two sliced ​​empanadas filled with lettuce, pico and house-made lime aioli; Birria Raman, ramen noodles with birria broth and birria meat; Mexican-inspired arepas; Horchata Agua Fresca, Mexican cinnamon rice drink; and Watermelon Agua Fresca, fresh watermelon juice.

The Mick Express, Young Building – Grab-n-Go, pizza, daily specials, pasta dishes, local coffee and muffin tops.

WAVE Mocktail Cart, The Front Porch – Kiwi Seltzer, POG Juice, Virgin Mojito, 0.0% Spicy Margarita and Shirley Temple.

Dole Whip, West Road – Pineapple, lemon, strawberry and mango flavors for the classic whipped frozen treat.

NOLA Cajun Kitchen and Raw Bar, New England Avenue – New Orleans-inspired menu including Maryland Cajun crab cakes, fried crawfish tails, Jamaican jer chicken served with dirty rice, jambalaya, beignets, bread pudding and more.

Drribbles, Better Living Center – New England coffee and fresh, locally made mini donuts with four different dribble sauces: Bavarian cream, strawberry jam, chocolate sauce and cinnamon sugar.

The Nook, Better Living Center – Sweet and savory crepes with flavors like strawberry, banana and Nutella, plus ham and cheese and spinach and cheese.

The Emporium, Better Living Center – Home of the reinvented Craz-E Burger, made with an Angus beef “smash burger” topped with cheese, bacon and onion rings and sandwiched between two full, freshly glazed donuts. Plus hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, crispy chicken wraps and more.

The Cantina, Better Living Center – Specialty cocktails including margaritas garnished with cotton candy, sangrias and draft beer.

The Wine Loft, Better Living Center – An intimate experience featuring a wide selection of wines and wine tastings paired with charcuterie boards. In partnership with Francis Ford Coppola Winery.

Schroder Concessions, Commonwealth Avenue – Cheese curds in a variety of flavors: garlic, ranch, dill, jalapeño and Cajun.

Chompers, New England Avenue – Buffalo Chicken Chompers, crispy chicken balls, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, topped with buffalo sauce. Served with ranch dip.

Farmers Market and Wine Barn in the Eastern States

Taste and purchase award-winning wines from the Big E Northeast Wine Gold Competition at the Eastern States Farmers Market and Wine Barn. A selection of cheeses from across New England, wine slushies, wine sundaes and cheese platters are offered in the courtyard, which offers relaxation and respite between the festivities of the fair.
