Live music. Food trucks. Local vendors.
They all come to Ronkonkoma’s brand new Station Yards complex every other Wednesday for the new festival series “Grooves on the Green,” which started last month and runs through October 2nd.
And everyone is invited. This is how what many call the new town center that has emerged in Ronkonkoma is presented.
“We want to help foster a sense of community among our residents while introducing Station Yards to the surrounding neighborhood,” said Chris Kelly of TRITEC Real Estate Company, which built the sprawling complex.
Each festival begins at 5:00 p.m. and runs until 7:30 p.m. at the Village Green, in the middle of the station yards. The address is 9 Hawkins Ave., Ronkonkoma. Click here for parking directions.
