By visually combining the freedom of a Falcon flight with the beauty of a state-of-the-art aircraft, this film celebrates the new airport’s smooth operations, effortless experience, futuristic technology and connection with nature.
The film shows how Abu Dhabi’s rich culture, history and spirit of innovation have led to this moment: the launch of the most innovative travel experience of our time. It captures the beauty of the desert while celebrating innovation to reveal the majesty of the airport, redesigned with elements of Emirati culture and embracing the strong foundation of Arabian heritage, established through the vision of the Founding Father of the United Arab Emirates – Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Once freed, the majestic falcon transforms into a giant drone hawk, which curves with flapping wings and heads towards the airport runway, circling above the aircraft and transforming into an A380 as the beauty of the terminal architecture comes into view.
After landing and being welcomed by Abu DhabiThe A380 drone is once again transformed into a mass of sparkling drones flying into the sky to form the new logo of Zayed International Airport, which incorporates elements of the rich Emirati culture and the strong foundation of Arab heritage, created through the vision of the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The new identity honors the heritage of Abu Dhabi through form and shape inspired by the original landscape and history: a traditional dhow boat, a date palm, the desert sun, the Qasr Al Hosn Fort and the iconic building. The symbols merge into the new logo and proudly express Abu Dhabi’s Identity and invites passengers to write their own story.
