The Warbird Aviation Networking Event will be held in Dallas, February 6-9, 2025. The event will be hosted by the Omni Las Colinas Hotel and the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Headquarters. The National Warbird Operator Conference (NWOC) brings together members of the warbird community to discuss the current climate for warbird operators, the evolving economy, and the regulations and procedures surrounding the flight of former military aircraft.

Founded in 1993, the NWOC has built a reputation as the premier warbird networking event of the year. The conference brings together hundreds of warbird owners, operators and museum directors to discuss the challenges and developments affecting their community. The NWOC is known for its focus on the exchange of ideas and information, particularly regarding the safe operation and restoration of warbird aircraft. This educational conference offers a variety of programs designed to improve pilot skills, expand the knowledge of aircraft maintenance technicians and restorers, and address aircraft-specific topics, medical and insurance issues. Born in Milan, Italy, Moreno moved to the United States in 1999 to pursue a career as a commercial pilot. His passion for aviation began early, inspired by his uncle, an F-104 Starfighter crew chief, and his father, a military air traffic controller. His childhood adventures included camping outside military bases and watching planes at Aeroporto Linate. In 1999, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia to earn his commercial pilot license, a move that became permanent. After 24 years in the United States, he now flies full-time for a Part-91 business aviation company in Atlanta. He is actively involved with the Commemorative Air Force, D-Day Squadron, and other aviation organizations. He enjoys life with his supportive wife and three wonderful children.
