The new Amazon Echo Spot is on sale for Labor Day – Save over 30% on the smart alarm clock

Amazon released its first smart alarm clock in 2017 and now Echo Spot has finally been revamped. The all-new Echo Spot was released on July 8 with a sleek and compact, colorful display that lets you check the time, weather, and music right from your nightstand. And even better, Amazon’s Echo Spot is back on sale for its lowest price since Prime Day.

The latest addition to Amazon’s range of Alexa-enabled devices is now available in three color options: black, glacier white, and ocean blue. The display can also be customized with multiple watch faces and one of six themes: orange, purple, magenta, lime, teal, or blue. The new Echo Spot normally costs $80, but is currently discounted to $55. Amazon’s Labor Day Sale.

Designed for your nightstand, the Echo Spot features a display that makes it easy to set and view alarms, lets you see the time, weather, or song titles at a glance, and a directional speaker delivers vibrant sound.

Not only has the Echo Spot’s display been updated, Amazon has also added a better speaker to the front of the device to deliver clearer voices and deeper bass. You can wake up to one of four new custom alarm sounds – Aurora, Daybreak, Endeavor and Flutter. And if you need some more sleep after the alarm goes off, just tap Echo Spot to snooze.

The new design also offers better Wi-Fi connectivity and is made from 36% recyclable materials. However, the 2024 version of the Echo Spot does not have a built-in camera and therefore no longer supports video calls. You can still ask Alexa to set alarms for you, play or skip certain songs, and answer questions.
