Have you ever heard of Lauderdale, Minnesota?
Many years ago, my extended family lived in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. I was very young at the time, but I still remember us packing up the car and hitting I-35 in Iowa to head to the “big city” to visit family. I know my family didn’t live in Lauderdale, but because of this suburb’s location and nearby attractions like the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory and the Minnesota State Fair, they weren’t too far away. Next time I’m in the Minneapolis area, I’m going to make a little detour to check out Lauderdale. I’m not sure if this will be my future home in the future, but if it’s been chosen as the best place to live in our state, I’ll have to at least check it out.
If you’re looking to explore Lauderdale, whether you’re thinking about moving there or just want to see it, here are directions to Lauderdale, Minnesota on Google Maps.
