Swire Properties USA and Fortune International Group have signed purchase agreements for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, valued at a total of $150 million, with nearly $1 billion in reservations. These include 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom apartments, with some priced at over $3,000 per square foot. Buyers of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will have the opportunity to close their contracts immediately, coinciding with the unofficial opening of the highly anticipated sales gallery this month. In a tight residential real estate market and during what is typically a quiet season for Miami, the strong and immediate buyer response to The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami demonstrates the property’s unique Miami offering and remarkable buyer appeal.

Located in a 66-story, 260-meter-tall tower on the southernmost tip of Brickell Key, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami features 228 residences, each with two to five bedrooms.
