MOBILE, Alabama (WALA) – The Shoppes at Bel Air Mall announced the opening of new stores and restaurants on its Facebook page.
From The Shoppes at Bel Air Mall:
MINISO opened on August 1st in the 4,000 sq. ft. old College World. This beautiful store is every kid/teenager’s dream.
Wonderland – This new project is the owner’s first in the United States and will occupy an area of 2,400 m². The space will have both a mall entrance and an outside entrance. The concept includes children’s play areas for children ages one to twelve, as well as a fully equipped restaurant. Educational events will be held and there are party rooms.
Yummy – A bakery, ice cream, milkshake and boba tea concept opened in May 2024 in the former 40,000 square foot Grimaldi’s Pizza. The tenant’s success here in the Shoppes has led them to our next big announcement, The Olive Grill.
The Olive Grill – Located in the former 6,000 square foot Texas de Brazil, just outside the main entrance, this Mediterranean-Greek cuisine offers an upscale dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Scheduled to open September 1st.
College World returns and will be located in the Belk Wing, where you’ll find everything you need and want for college sports, including apparel, hats, accessories and merchandise. It’s scheduled to open on September 1, but could be a little earlier.
Tao Hot Pot & BBQ – A brand new concept in the market replacing the former PF Changs in 5,500 sq. ft. Plans are currently under review by the City of Mobile and construction is expected to begin once plans are approved.
