PUEBLO – Three teens were injured in a drive-by shooting in Donley Park last week, according to Pueblo police.
It happened around 10 p.m. on Friday in the park, which is on the west side of Pueblo.
According to police, several juveniles were in the park when a vehicle drove by and fired at them. Two boys and a girl were shot. Police say the two boys were taken to hospitals in Pueblo and the girl was taken to a Colorado Springs hospital for her injuries.
According to police, all three have now been released from the hospital.
Since the three teenagers are under 18 years old, their names and ages will not be published.
In May 2023, Governor Jared Polis signed “Riley’s Law” or SB 23-075 in Colorado. The law is intended to protect the identities of child victims of crime.

The department says this crime is under investigation and there are no suspects currently in custody.
