Travis Kelce shared his reaction to his brother Jason Kelce’s faux pas in his ESPN debut, and fans hope it will always be this way on Monday night.

The former Philadelphia Eagles center appeared on Monday evening countdown on September 9, along with host Scott Van Pelt, former Dallas Cowboys player Marcus Spears and NFL safety Ryan Clark. During the introduction, Van Pelt reprimanded Jason Kelce for his wardrobe malfunction.

“We’re very excited to welcome a six-time first-teamer to the first team… a Super Bowl winner who will wear the Gold Jacket in the future. He has a podcast and seems to be doing pretty well,” Van Pelt began. “And besides, Jason Kelce is wearing the shirt he bought at the mall because he left his duffel bag in the truck.”

“It fits my stomach now, I’ve lost a little weight,” the Ohio native replied. “But uh, my tits are still struggling.”

On Monday, Travis Kelce took to X (formerly Twitter) to mock his sibling after he watched his debut on Monday Night Football.

“I’m surprised he bought a new one and didn’t just walk around shirtless,” said the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.

At the time of publication, the clip had already been viewed over 3.4 million times and had over 400 comments.

“I don’t know, did they beep?” he asked in response.

In May, the duo confirmed Jason Kelce’s ESPN news on New heights.

“The most important thing is Monday evening countdownthat’s the main part of the deal. We may have a few other things in the works, but that’s the main thing we’ve really been trying to get cleared up,” he said, before expressing skepticism about the job.

“It’s crazy, you know? Especially growing up, this was the night that everybody thought of with football, right? Monday Night Football, and now I’m going to be there with some incredibly talented people — with Scott Van Pelt, Marcus Spears, Ryan Clark.

“All of these guys not only bring great expertise, but they’re wonderful individuals, and I just think it’s going to be a lot of fun, man. It’s going to be a good time, we’re going to be at the games and traveling around.”

At the time, Jason Kelce joked, “I still don’t know what I’m wearing, so I guess we’ll find out.”

“Is ESPN going to make you wear a suit?” Travis Kelce asked. “Are they going to make you button it up, dude?”

“I don’t mind wearing a suit if that’s what it’s called for,” the NFL star replied. “I think there are times when you’re relaxed and you can be spontaneous, but there are also times when you’re a little more buttoned up, and yeah, we’ll see, we haven’t really talked about it much yet. I’m just going to take it that way.”
