Trio of exclusive LEGO gift sets now available at Walmart

Trio of exclusive LEGO gift sets now available at Walmart

There are now three new LEGO gift sets available at Walmart in the US, with each retailer-exclusive package containing a trio of existing models.

Exclusive LEGO sets for retailers are nothing new, and neither are combinations of existing (or hard-to-find) models offered together in a larger box. That’s certainly true for Walmart. The US retailer has now added three deals for shoppers looking to snap up multiple sets at once and save some money in the process.

Available to order are the 66783 Colourful Animals Play Pack, the 66789 Animal Gift Set and the 66786 Adventure Gamer Gift Set. The three offers have all previously appeared on the official LEGO Building Instructions portal, but until now we had no confirmation as to which models exactly would be included in each box.

The 66783 Colourful Animals Play Pack includes 40639 Bird’s Nest, 31140 Magical Unicorn, a LEGO Creator 3-in-1 building kit, and 30668 Easter Bunny with Colourful Eggs (a former GWP). The first two sets normally cost $22.98 together, but in this set they cost $33.89, making the latter a very expensive polybag.

The 66789 Animal Gift Set costs $20 and includes 31058 Mighty Dinosaurs, 31088 Deep Sea Creatures and 31125 Fantasy Forest Creatures. If you were to buy these LEGO Creator builds individually, you would have to spend $44.97, so there is definitely a significant saving to be had with this bundle.

Finally, there’s the 66786 Adventure Gamer Gift Set, a LEGO Minecraft selection that bundles 21166 The Abandoned Mine, 21178 The Fox Lodge, and 30672 Steve and Baby Panda polybag together for just $29.84. Purchasing the former two models together would cost $39.98, so this exclusive bundle is once again a real bargain.
