LoveFood selected 31 of the best gas station restaurants in America and it’s no surprise that they couldn’t choose a single restaurant in Michigan.

Coming in at number 15 is Detroit 75 Kitchen in Detroit, MI. According to LoveFood, Detroit 75 Kitchen is not your average food truck parked at a busy gas station:

It’s a place that people flock to because the food is so good. You can get the most delicious sandwiches, chicken wings and spicy fries to go or sit on the patio.

These delicious sandwiches include the Detroit Cheesesteak and the Shrimp Po’Boy.

Number 16 on the list is a Mediterranean gem in Michigan with four locations.

The original Mr.Kabob in Berkley, MI serves the freshest food you wouldn’t expect at a gas station off the highway. LoveFood says:

Mr. Kabob opened in the Sunoco gas station in 2003 and was so popular that there are now four more locations, including one in downtown Detroit. The original is still there and is an unusually good place for spicy fattoush salad, pita wraps and beautifully marinated meats prepared in an open kitchen.
