SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — The KELOLAND Storm Tracker app has been updated.
We’ve been promoting the Storm Tracker app as putting the power of the storm center in your hands. Here are the upgrade details:
Initially, the home screen shows both the three-day forecast and an hourly forecast for the next six hours.
The daily forecast is now for 10 days, just scroll to the right.
Low chance of rain at the weekend; cooling
The radar map has been reset to satellite view, which many of you have requested.
Of course, all other important features are also available, such as access to our over 30 live cams in KELOLAND. Weather, news and daily weather forecasts are updated at least twice a day.
Don’t forget our weather stream, which is now your local weather station 24/7.
And if the weather doesn’t play along in fall and winter, you can check the Closeline to see the latest closures in your area.
The best thing to do is explore the upgrades and get familiar with them. Of course, these are things I use on a daily basis.
