Usher has left many confused after completely deleting his X account as his former legal guardian Diddy faces serious charges related to sex trafficking and prostitution.

It’s unclear why the singer decided to delete his social media page, but the timing has led some to question whether it has something to do with Diddy’s arrest.

Usher and Diddy worked together for a while when the latter was still an aspiring artist. Diddy even produced the “Burn” singer’s first studio album, “Usher,” and is known to have taken him under his wing as his legal guardian.

Due to the recent controversies and scandals surrounding Diddy, several stars associated with him have now also come under scrutiny due to their past association with the disgraced rapper.

This development has also made Usher’s decision to delete his X profile seem very questionable to fans on social media. However, Usher’s Instagram account is still active and remains untouched.

Usher says he saw “very strange things” in Diddy’s mansion when he was 14

In an interview on the “Howard Stern Show” in 2016, Usher talked about the time he lived with Diddy when he was 14.

Social media users came across the video after Department of Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s homes, in which Usher can be seen claiming that former Epic Records CEO LA Reid suggested he live with Diddy in Scarsdale to “experience the lifestyle.”

Stern asked him if Diddy’s place was “full of girls and nonstop orgies,” to which the 45-year-old singer replied, “Not really… I had the opportunity to look at some things. I don’t know if I could get into it and even understand what I was looking at.”

Justin Bieber is another artist who is currently under scrutiny due to his past connection with Diddy.

Since the music mogul’s arrest, videos have resurfaced showing the duo discussing plans to spend time together.

In one clip, the rapper claimed that he was given custody of Bieber for two days so he could enjoy his luxurious lifestyle. At the time, Bieber was still under contract with Usher.

“We can’t really reveal where we hang out and what we do, but it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream,” Diddy said in the clip while standing next to Bieber.

He added: “I don’t have legal custody of him (Bieber), but for the next 48 hours he’s with me. We’re going to go crazy.”

Neither Diddy nor Bieber ever revealed details of their time together.

Diddy was arrested after a grand jury indictment

On Monday, Diddy was taken into custody in New York after a federal grand jury indicted him.

It was later revealed that the rapper was accused of three serious crimes, namely extortion, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

The unsealed indictment also mentioned that Diddy “engaged in a persistent and widespread pattern of abuse of women and other persons,” according to the Daily mail.

This included hitting, punching and dragging the women and, in other cases, throwing objects at them.

Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and has been denied bail twice.
