In the third week of the college football season, several rivalry games are scheduled for Saturday.
And one of them is the Battle of the Brothers between No. 10 Utah and Utah State. Kickoff between the Utes and Aggies is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET at Maverik Stadium in Logan, Utah.
The Utes (2-0) are coming off a 23-21 win over Baylor in Week 2, which included a rare blocked field goal. Despite the second win of the season, Utah suffered a tough loss as quarterback Cam Rising missed the entire second half with a hand injury. The game against the Bears did not count as a Big 12 game between the two teams, as it was the second leg in a home-and-home series.
Meanwhile, Utah State (1-1) looks to rebound against Utah after being trounced 48-0 by No. 11 USC last week in Los Angeles. Aggies quarterback Bryson Barnes completed 18 of 27 passes against the Trojans defense that day while rushing for 103 yards and an interception.
Utah has won its last two meetings against Utah State in the rivalry series and leads the all-time record at 79-29-4.

Utah 24, Utah State 14: With the uncertainty surrounding Cam Rising and who will start at quarterback for Utah, it’s hard to predict who might win the 2024 edition of Battle of the Brothers. However, the strength of the Utes and their continued rise in the national polls have me leaning toward Utah in this one. But you never know what a rivalry game will produce.
