There are 732 new apartments available to renters in San Antonio thanks to two Vero Sade projects coming online: Us 1604, a four-story, 444-unit community at 4710 N Loop 1604 E, and Us Cibolo, a three-story, 288-unit community at Cibolo Commons at FM 1103. Starting rents for a one-bedroom apartment at Us Cibolo and Us 1604 are $1,200 and $1,400 per month, respectively.
Each property is centered around a 12,000-square-foot club complex that includes a media room, a cafe with grab-and-go offerings, private indoor dining rooms, centralized event bars for hosting food and beverage events, spacious co-working and conference spaces, and a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchens. Residents have access to a 4,500-square-foot indoor and outdoor fitness facility. Pickleball courts and on-site jogging and biking trails are also available to residents.
Both Us 1604 and Us Cibolo offer one, two and three bedroom floor plans with an average size of just under 1,000 square feet. Units come with covered patios that average over 150 square feet, and ground-level units have private gardens.
