Zero

Daniel Jones was as bad – or worse – as he was last year in limited action. One of his interceptions was a pick-six, the other contributed to the Giants being 0-for-3 in the red zone. He finished the game 22-for-42 for 186 yards.

Unknown hero

Andrew Van Ginkel must be haunting Jones’ nightmares. He had the sack (for the Dolphins) last season that sidelined Jones with a neck injury. Then he had four tackles, a sack and a pick-six when they met again.

Quote of the day

“I honestly don’t respect that. I understand it. They want their team to win. It’s just a difficult phase.”
