Village of Harrison Acquires 25 Acres for Crossroads Business Park

HARRISON – The Village of Harrison has purchased approximately 25 acres of land as part of its development plans for its first business park, Crossroads Business Park.

The park, which will be located at the intersection of Outagamie County KK, State 55 and Friendship Drive, is intended to encourage commercial and industrial development in the area.

The land was purchased on August 7th from Crossroads Development, Inc. and includes 13 lots. Each lot is between 3/4 and 5.5 acres and can be purchased for $35,000 per acre.

According to a recent village news release, construction of utilities and roads is expected to begin in the fall and winter. The village has accepted three letters of intent for new commercial sites and has posted a bid package for the installation of the utilities and roads on Quest, an online bidding platform, that will go into effect on August 12.

“We look forward to working with interested parties to secure land for a new commercial/industrial development that has good visibility on (Outagamie County KK) and (State 55),” Assistant Village Manager Chad Pelishek said in the release. “This area has an average traffic density of 7,200 cars per day.”

For more information on available properties, interested parties may contact Pelishek at 920-989-1062, extension 8, or email [email protected].
