In the second quarter of the Indianapolis Colts’ game against the Chicago Bears in Week 3, second-year cornerback Jaylon Jones recorded his first interception.

A few plays after a 47-yard pass from Bears quarterback Caleb Williams to rookie receiver Rome Odunze, Chicago faced a third and fourth attempt at the Colts’ 27-yard line.

Tyquan Lewis tries to pass the ball to DeAndre Carter on the left sideline, but Jones is there to intercept the shot and has both feet in the field to give the Colts offense the ball back.

This play ended in the middle of a wild sequence. When it looked like the Colts were going to score inside their own five-yard line, Anthony Richardson threw an interception.

Then, as discussed, Jones had his interceptions after a big Bears passing play. The Colts then managed 70 yards in just three plays, with a 40-yard pass to Kylen Granson and a 29-yard touchdown run by Jonathan Taylor being the highlights.
