A Saturday afternoon is a peak time for any dining establishment, but this weekend that was not the case for a popular Washington Township restaurant.

Instead, workers and guests had to evacuate the Angry Dad Draught House on Route 31 after a Level 3 fire broke out shortly before 4 p.m. “There was heavy smoke and fire,” NJ.com reports.

Fortunately, no guests or employees were injured over the weekend. The owners shared the update on Facebook and also took the time to thank the first responders and well-wishers.

“We will rebuild, we will be better. We may be down, but we are not finished,” the post said.

“You have a wonderful community behind you, don’t forget that! With the help of all of us, we will help you rebuild because you are one of the top restaurants in Washington,” one Facebook follower commented on the post.

According to NJ.com, the fire remains under investigation.
