Where is the Islander Resort?

This lakefront resort is located on the Arizona side of the Colorado River in Lake Havasu City. While the Islander Resort doesn’t have traditional tent sites, it does have plenty of RV sites and vacation homes to rent or buy.

All RV sites on this small island are approximately 3′ x 5′ gravel sites with an area of concrete picnic tables. According to the website, full hookups include 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer to fully service your RV.

Alternatively, you can visit this resort in a rental home. All Islander Resort accommodations – individually decorated to create a unique atmosphere – include satellite television, a private shaded patio, an outdoor grill, a fully equipped kitchen and parking.

The resort’s most coveted amenity is its lake access. Whether you’re boarding your boat at the private docks or wading on the beach, enjoy Lake Havasu throughout your stay. When you’re not enjoying those cool waters, spend time with your family and new neighbors at the resort’s pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, putting greens, library, and more activities tailored to your niche interests.

While all rentals and rental locations require a two-night minimum stay, this resort’s pet-friendly amenities, abundance of activities, array of camping or rental options, coupled with Lake Havasu City’s ideal weather – over 60 degrees in the winter and under 110 degrees in the summer – make Islander Resort a great year-round vacation spot for families.
