With the publication of Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice With The Last Chance hitting theaters on Friday, September 6, it might be a good idea to watch the original (or again) to prepare for the sequel.

Published in 1988, Beetlejuice has been a fan favorite for generations, with more and more people being drawn to the works of director Tim Burton and the performances of Geena Davis, Alec Baldwin, Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, and of course Michael Keaton as “The Ghost with the Most.”

Beetlejuice in 4K Ultra HD is available to watch on Max, or purchase on digital on sale for $7.99 (normally $14.99) or rent for $3.79 on Prime Video. The film is also available on Apple TV.

Since the sequel is distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice is also expected to stream on Max after its theatrical release. You will probably be able to stream Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice on Max sometime in late October or early November. In the meantime, movie tickets are still available at Fandango.com and elsewhere.

Max starts at $9.99 per month for the ad-supported plan, which includes streaming on two devices and full HD video resolution. The ad-free Max package includes the same offerings plus 30 downloads to watch later, starting at $159.99 per month.
