Wisconsin Badgers: Game thread against South Dakota Coyotes

Fresh off a 28-14 win over the Western Michigan Broncos, the Wisconsin Badgers remain at home for a Week 2 clash with the South Dakota Coyotes. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at Camp Randall Stadium.

The Badgers got off to a slower start in Week 1, even trailing early in the fourth quarter before scoring back-to-back touchdowns to take a double-digit win.

The running game was the highlight of the first game. Wisconsin managed almost 200 yards on the ground thanks to the heavy workload of Chez Mellusi and Tawee Walker.

South Dakota won its opening game 45-3 against Northern State, relying primarily on running play, which led to an overwhelming victory of 266 yards and four touchdowns.

As one of the best FCS teams in the country, they will look to spoil the opponent as the odds for the game change drastically before kickoff. Wisconsin started as a 22.5 point favorite but has since dropped to 17.5 points.

Can the Badgers remain undefeated with their non-conference schedule?
