Woman attacked in Brooklyn subway station

NEW YORK, NY—A 36-year-old woman was attacked Sunday morning as she exited the Nostrand Avenue and Fulton Street subway station on the A/C lines. The incident, which occurred around 11:30 a.m., involved an unidentified man who slapped the victim on the buttocks and then fled the scene.

No injuries were reported following the attack.

The suspect is described as a man around 25 years old with medium to dark skin and a slim build. He is approximately 1.73 m tall and weighs approximately 72 kg. At the time of the attack he was wearing a black shirt, gray sweatpants and black shoes.

  • Teenager attacked and injured in Brooklyn

    NEW YORK, NY— A 17-year-old male was attacked by three unknown assailants outside 111 West End Avenue early Sunday morning. The incident occurred at 12:10 a.m. when a verbal argument escalated. One of the assailants struck the victim on the left cheek with a sharp object, causing cuts to his cheek and right arm. The other two assailants struck him in the face and body before fleeing north on West End Avenue.

    The victim was subsequently transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he was treated for minor injuries and was listed in stable condition. Authorities are currently searching for the three suspects involved in the attack. The first suspect is described as a man of medium build with complexion who was last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap with a red “B” printed on it, a black t-shirt with a “TOMMY” print, black shorts and gold sneakers.

    The second suspect, described as slim and light-skinned, was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, a mix of white and black sneakers, and carrying a book bag. The third suspect, also slim and medium-skinned, was wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers.

    Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward to help apprehend the suspects.

  • Baltimore teenager in hospital after shooting

    BALTIMORE, MD– A 17-year-old male is currently being treated for a gunshot wound following an incident reported on August 7, 2024 at approximately 11:50 p.m. Baltimore Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to a local hospital after receiving reports of a shooting victim who walked in without an appointment.

    Upon arrival, officers confirmed the teenager’s injuries. Further investigation revealed that the shooting occurred in the 2400 block of Lakeview Avenue. The case is now under the jurisdiction of the Western District Detectives.

    Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact Western District Detectives at 410-396-2477 or anonymously through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-8667Lockup. Police hope tips from the public will assist them in their ongoing investigation.
