Two years after setting the American League record with 62 home runs, New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge has a chance to break his own record.

The outfielder has been on a historic run in recent months, posting a .383 batting average with 45 home runs and 104 RBIs in 96 games from May 3 to August 25, making him the first player in Major League Baseball history to hit 50 home runs, 120 RBIs and 100 walks before September.

Judge hit 51 home runs before the game on August 28, this is already the third season with 50 home runs in the 32-year-old’s career.

Only two players in baseball history have hit 60 home runs in multiple seasons: Mark McGwire (1998 and 1999) and Sammy Sosa (1998, 1999 and 2001).
