Madison Beer helps Aljunied Nail Studio pay its rent
Hazel, 21, the owner of Edens Atelier Co. (formerly totonailstudio), told Wake Up Singapore that Madison Beer “friendly and sincere“.
“I have always believed that one should keep good company and that good karma will be created when my good deeds prevail!
“She didn’t treat me any differently and talked to me like we were friends. She was just so, so, so nice.”
On the morning of Madison Beer’s show in Singapore on August 22, 2024, the singer approached Eden’s Atelier Co and asked if they could help fix her nails, which “Break and fall apart“.
Hazel was impressed that Madison Beer approached her nail salon. For Hazel, it was a great honor to even get the opportunity to do Madison Beer’s nails. Hazel said that during the session, the singer and her “chatted like friends“.
After getting her nails done and paying for them, Madison Beer posted an Instagram story that reached her 33 million followers.
After Madison Beer’s post, Eden’s Atelier Co.’s business improved tremendously.
“I was really close to giving up everything”
Hazel said the nail salon was already in financial trouble before Madison Beer’s post. Among other things, Hazel lost more than 20,000 Singapore dollars in rent and other overheads. Hazel often had to work grueling 12-hour shifts to keep the business afloat.
Hazel’s friend, TikToker Andreana Tay, also made a goodwill donation of SGD 5,000 to support Eden Atelier Co’s operations.

Hazel said that her fiancé and other friends also helped the nail salon through the difficult times.
Hazel was “seriously considering“.close the shop, move into a small office and start over before Madison Beer’s visit.
After Madison Beer mentioned Eden’s Atelier Co. in her Instagram stories, Hazel thanked the singer and shared how much her contribution helped improve the nail salon’s financial situation.
After their conversation, the singer instructed her agency to cover the monthly rent for the nail salon without Hazel’s knowledge.
Madison Beer did not allow Hazel to return the money
Madison Beer declined Hazel’s offer to refund the money. She transferred the rent to Eden’s Atelier Co. via PayNow shortly after she left the nail salon following her session.
In an Instagram post on August 24, 2024, Edens’ Atelier thanked Madison Beer for her generosity.
