  • With his skills and Haki, Zoro defeated powerful opponents like King and Lucci without giving his all in the fight.

Zoro is one of the strongest characters in A piece and certainly a force to be reckoned with on the high seas. Although Zoro’s journey began quite humblely as a swordsman, he has since made quite a name for himself, evolving from famed bounty hunter in the East Blue to pirate. Zoro is currently considered one of the fiercest pirates in the New World, and that is in large part due to the powers he has recently acquired.

In Wano, thanks to Enma, Zoro gained access to the King of Hell’s Three Sword Style, which allows Zoro to channel his Conqueror Haki at maximum power. So far, Zoro has only used this power on limited occasions, but he has already accomplished some incredible feats that deserve respect.

4 Launch a flying onigiri

Zoro can launch powerful attacks from a distance

  • Movement type: Ranged
  • Haki: Armament of the Conqueror

Onigiri is one of Zoro’s most famous attacks in A piece. In fact, Onigiri can be considered Zoro’s most signature attack and it is one of the very first he used. It is also one of the attacks that he has maintained over the years and gradually improved upon. For example, after the time skip, fans were able to see Zoro use a technique called Rengoku Onigiri, which was essentially a stronger version of the same technique.

He even used this power with Haki coated blades, and when he used Hell King, Zoro improved this technique even further. At maximum power, which is when Zoro uses Hell King, Zoro can actually use Onigiri from a distance. This could be seen during his fight against King where he used Purgatory Onigiri from quite a distance. Luckily, King was able to dodge this attack, but it was devastatingly deadly and could have caused him serious damage if it had hit. Undoubtedly, this is one of the most powerful attacks, and now to be able to do it from a distance is a tremendous feat of power and Haki control.

3 Maintaining King Of Hell over a longer period of time

Zoro could maintain Enma’s Haki drain

  • Movement Type: N/A
  • Haki: Armament of the Conqueror

The King of Hell’s Three Sword Style is a very powerful technique, but it also has its downsides. Its powers are amazing, but at the same time it puts a lot of strain on Zoro’s body. Zoro himself has claimed that he can only use this technique for a few minutes before it actually costs him his life. This makes this technique very risky and in many ways a double-edged sword.

Dealing with fire is a common fictional motif and also appears in the many devil fruits of One Piece. Here are the strongest fire-based devil fruits to date.

The fact is that Zoro can continue to use this power for a long time, and that in itself is a feat of strength and endurance. Wielding Enma normally is a death sentence for any samurai. In fact, in One Piece Chapter 954, Kinemon suggested wielding Enma. You could see that the blade immediately put pressure on Zoro even if he only took Armament Haki. However, the fact that Zoro can thrust his Haki into Enma unhindered and still fight for extended periods of time shows how enormous his Haki pool is and how amazing his control over this power is. Undoubtedly, this is one of his greatest feats to date.

2 Cut through King’s flames and defeat him

Unmasked King Stares at Zoro in One Piece

  • Movement type: Ranged
  • Haki: Armament of the Conqueror

Zoro is no stranger to combining multiple techniques and successfully ending dangerous fights. That’s exactly what he did against King, proving his strength and skill in the process. In the Wano Country Arc, fans discovered that Zoro had already copied the Kitsunebi-Ryu from Kinemon. This ability allows Zoro to cut fire. He naturally combines his skills with King of Hell. This essentially means that all of Zoro’s strikes are strong enough to cut fire and magma itself. In Zoro’s most powerful attack, Dragon Damnation, he combined this ability with his incredible sword fighting skills, slashed King’s extra-large dragon, and then delivered a long-range slash that completely defeated him in battle.

Zoro also managed to clip one of his wings with this technique, which just shows how far he’s come. His strikes are so powerful that he can essentially inflict fatal damage to a Yonko’s right hand, and that puts him on a very high pedestal among the swordsmen of the One Piece world.

1 Deal fatal damage to Lucci without giving it your all

Zoro effectively defeated Lucci

  • Movement type: Short range
  • Haki: Armament of the Conqueror

Zoro also tapped into the King of Hell during the fight against Lucci on Egghead Island. While it’s not as clear since most of this fight takes place off-screen, fans know for sure that Zoro used this ability due to the presence of the Haki sparks and green smoke-like aura around his swords.

Zoro was put under a lot of pressure by Lucci, but in the end he didn’t give it his all against him. After a very long fight that seemed to have exhausted both fighters, Zoro gave Lucci a powerful leopard chase and slashed his chest. To his credit, Lucci didn’t give up and wanted to keep fighting. However, the fight was interrupted because one of the Five Elders, Mars, suddenly appeared. Regardless of Lucci’s tremendous stamina, however, fans can admit that this was a tremendous feat of strength and skill from Zoro.
